Massively addictive flavours of Nashville Hot spice crossed with traditional Chinese chilli crisp/ hot oil. We soak our fermented black beans in bourbon to add to the Southern USA flavour profile. Our own Nashville Hot spice blended in line with Chinese chilli crisp recipes and the addition of Urfa chilli for some smokiness. You'll be adding it to every meal, we recommend with chicken, eggs or tofu but it works with anything.
